Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Personalized and Custom Products

Products that are personalized, customized, or made according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a return under this right, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that customized or personalized products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, as permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
