Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Incorrect Address Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution.
